Overview of our Apartments

Since January 2023, we present our three new and modern apartments for 2-4 people equipped with all amenities. Telephone, cable TV connection with over 300 digital and international channels, a safe and WiFi are just a few features. Rounded off by the use of our 500 m² Green.SPA above the roofs of Sölden enjoy our guests pure freedom in the middle of the Alps.

Choose your personal favorite from three different apartments:

APART.NEDERKOGEL (56 m²) For 4-6 people

• 1 bedroom with a double bed for 2 people
• 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people
• Living-kitchen area with all amenities (Nespresso machine, water kettle, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
• 1 bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer and separate toilet
• Cable-TV with more than 300 digital channels
• Safebox
• Highspeed WiFi
• A south-facing balcony with comfortable seating area
• A free parking spot in our parking garage

APART.BRUNNENKOGEL (32 m²) For 2-4 people

• 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people
• Living-kitchen area with all amenities (Nespresso machine, kettle, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
• 1 double bed for 2 pepople in the living area
• 1 bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet
• Cable-TV with more than 300 digital channels
• Safebox

• An east-facing balcony with comfortable seating area
• A free parking spot in our parking garage

APART.SÖLDENKOGEL (26 m²) For 2 people

• 1 double bed for 2 people in the living area
• Living-kitchen area with all amenities (Nespresso machine, kettle, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
• 1 bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet
• Cable-TV with more than 300 digital channels

Overview of the prices

Guests can use the newly built 500 m² Green.SPA above the roofs of Sölden all year round. The one-time final cleaning per apartment and the local taxes per person and night (excluding children under 15) are not included in the price. We offer one free parking spot per apartment in our access-secured & video-monitored underground parking garage. Modernly equipped apartments combined with excellent service and famous Tyrolean hospitality round off your stay in the middle of the Tyrolean Alps.
